HOW TO USE:

Insert stretcher in shoe - Turn plastic handle Clockwise to adjust length.

For stretching length Continue to turn plastic handle Clockwise until you begin to see surface pressure showing on the shoe. DO NOT OVERSTRETCH!

For stretching width Turn metal looped handle in a Clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on the shoe. DO NOT OVERSTRETCH!

For Best Results, leave Stretcher in place for at least 24 hours. To REMOVE Stretcher, turn handles Counterclockwise.

Tips:

1. These shoe stretchers are NOT suitable for use in wide or narrow width shoes or on boots

2. Spray oil on threads before use to make cranking easier.
